Office Hours and Collection Times
Please make an appointment to ensure someone is at the office to assist you with your requirements. Our office hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
We are available to take your call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, however collection services are limited to 7:00am to 6:15pm, 7 days per week. Please view information about our collection fees here.
Service Areas
We are located in Brisbane, Queensland and our collection services cover the Greater Brisbane area. If you live outside these areas, please give us a call to discuss. Services beyond these areas can be completed via arrangement although additional fees may apply.
