The Outdoor Plaque Water Cremation Package offers a gentle and meaningful way to honour your beloved pet, combining private water cremation with a personalised outdoor memorial plaque as a lasting tribute.

A Paws to Heaven Water Cremation Outdoor Plaque Package includes:

.  Dignified transfer of your beloved pet from your home or veterinary clinic to our facilities, with a phone call once they are safely in our care
.  Guaranteed individual water cremation, ensuring you receive all of and only your pet’s ashes back
.  Personal return of your pet’s ashes to your home (or to your veterinary clinic if preferred), along with a personalised Memorial Certificate, a lock of hair and a paw print keepsake
.  Ashes returned in your selected urn option

Important information about the Outdoor Plaque option

• With this package, the outdoor plaque may include only a small token receptacle for ashes. Any remaining ashes will be returned to you in a scatter tube (included in the price).

• If you wish to upgrade from a scatter tube to a larger urn or memorial option, please contact our office to discuss available options and pricing.

• To estimate the cost of an upgrade, you may select your preferred water cremation package (for example, a Memorial Box Package based on your pet’s weight range) and add the cost of your chosen outdoor plaque, available under the Speciality Urns & Keepsakes section.

Production & delivery timeframes

• All Outdoor Plaques are specially ordered and custom made. Please allow up to 21 business/working days for completion.

• If your selection includes an urn or receptacle, the plaque will be sent directly to Paws to Heaven so we can place the ashes inside before returning your pet to you.

• If no urn or receptacle is selected, the plaque will be sent directly to you via Australia Post once completed. In this case, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you earlier, as we do not need to hold them.
