• Dignified transfer of your beloved pet from your home or veterinary clinic, with a phone call once they are safely in our care
• Guaranteed individual water cremation, ensuring you receive all of and only your pet’s ashes back
• Personal return of your pet’s ashes to your home (or to your veterinary clinic if preferred), along with a personalised Memorial Certificate, a lock of hair and a paw print keepsake
• Ashes returned in your selected memorial box, with engraved plaque included
Choosing Your Memorial Box
Please select your preferred memorial box style (Decorative Pawprints or Plain) at the time of booking. If your chosen box cannot accommodate all ashes, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives. As pets of similar weight can produce different ash volumes, we will always ensure the most appropriate sized memorial box is provided.
Please note:
The Plain Memorial Box is not available in Extra Large.
The Large Plain Memorial Box accommodates approximately 1.5kg of ashes.
