A Paws to Heaven Water Cremation Outdoor Plaque Package includes:
- Dignified transfer of your loved one from your home or vet to our facilities. You will receive a phone call from us when they are safely in our care.
- Guaranteed Individual Water Cremation service to ensure you get all of and only your pet’s ashes back.
- We will personally return your pet’s ashes home to you (or your vet if you prefer) with a personalised Memorial Certificate, lock of hair and paw print as a special momento of your loved one.
- Ashes returned home in your choice of package. Please note that with this package there may only be a small token receptacle for ashes and therefore the price includes for the remaining ashes to be placed into a scatter tube to bring home. Should you wish to upgrade from a scatter tube, please call office to discuss cost. If you wish to work out the cost for an upgrade please choose your water cremation package (eg memorial box package with weight range) and add the cost of your outdoor plaque selection which can be found under Speciality Urn and Keepsakes Tab.
- Please note that all Outdoor Plaques are specially ordered and created and may take up to 21 business days to be completed.
- If there is a receptacle/urn as part of your selection the stone will be sent to Paws to Heaven directly to enable us to place ashes into and we will then organise to bring your pet home altogether.
- If there is no urn/receptacle, the stone will be sent directly to Customer via Australia Post when completed. Paws to Heaven will organise to bring your pet home earlier as there is no requirement for us to hold ashes.

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Collections that involve our staff working outside these hours will incur a $75 surcharge (or $125 surcharge on public holidays).
